By commissioning me you accept my T.O.S.
Payment via Paypal. Invoice will be sent upfront.
Major changes are made on first draft, before colouring.
Commissioner can reupload the image and use it as they please, even modify it.
Artwork can't be used commercially.
By ordering NSFW you claim you're +18y/o.
It may be details that will be charged extra (complex tattoo designs or detailed armor); in that case I will correct the price before payment.
You must provide clear references. If you don't know exactly what do you want, we'll discuss it BEFORE starting the commission.
I may use the watermarked art for my online galleries and social media. If you don't want me to upload it, you should say it when you commission me.
The only persons who can upload the art are myself, the person who commissioned the art or the person they gifted the art to (in case that person exists).
I advise to upload the watermarked art for avoiding art/OC theft. It's your responsability whom you send/show the unwatermarked picture.
You will receive a link (drive or wetransfer) for downloading the .png archive/s.
If you use my work, always leave a link to the source.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Refunds will vary depending on how much of the work has been done:
Commission cancelled before starting it: 100% refund
Sketch stage: 80% refund
Finished lineart: 15% refund
Color: No refund
I reserve the right of cancelling a commision at any time and for any reason. If I cancel the commission because I can't complete it by my own circumstances, it'll be 100% refunded.
I reserve the right to upgrade these T.O.S. at any time.
